After every gas installation or alteration, a licensed gas fitter must issue a Certificate of Compliance. This certifies the work meets AS/NZS 5601 and is required for your insurance and for any future property sale.

Warning signs that something may be wrong with your gas system include a faint gas smell, yellow flames on a stove or hot water unit, soot around appliances, or unexpectedly high gas bills.
